～AWB BALSA BOB 50 5.5g ～ AWB BALSA BOB 50F 5.5g is a floating topwater plug crafted to deliver pure surface-game excitement. Its signature Side Kick and Monroe Walk actions create a lively, unpredictable surface presentation that triggers aggressive strikes from a wide range of species. The concept began with a challenge: daytime topwater fishing for large cherry salmon. . From that origin, the lure has been refined through extensive field testing on bass, bonito, seabass, bluegill, and more—proving its versatility across both freshwater and saltwater environments. Anglers in Nagano have also reported that “smallmouth bass respond extremely well to this swimming action,” highlighting its effectiveness in clear-water, high-pressure lakes. Built from premium balsa wood and finished with natural abalone, the BALSA BOB 50F 5.5g combines high-quality materials with precise craftsmanship. It is designed not only to catch fish, but to maximize the joy of topwater fishing—from explosive strikes to the thrill of surface manipulation.
